📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status in your MINIGRID account.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately at vov44uk@gmail.com with your order number and new address.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Return shipping is free for defective items or our errors.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at vov44uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us. We'll arrange the exchange and cover return shipping for defective items or our errors.

What warranty do you offer?
All MINIGRID electronics come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions. This includes free repairs or replacements for covered issues.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us at vov44uk@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and description of the issue. Include photos or videos if possible. We'll review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours.
What's not covered by warranty?
The warranty doesn't cover physical damage from drops or accidents, water damage (unless product is waterproof), unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Can I use multiple payment methods?
Currently, we accept one payment method per order. However, you can use gift cards or discount codes in combination with your primary payment method.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments on eligible orders. This allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. The option will appear at checkout if your order qualifies.

Yes! All MINIGRID products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of every item we sell.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We regularly restock popular items. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted when it's back in stock.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us immediately at vov44uk@gmail.com with your order number. Once shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.
